TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E95 OF 2024 By Sammy Mutunga Mbithi, of P.O. Box 29–90110, Mwala in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndonye Kyule alias Ndonye Kyule Kiseli, who died at Mumbuni Sub-location, on 30th September, 1995. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2024 By Benjamin Malei Nzioka, of P.O. Box 707–90100, Machakos in Kenya, the deceased’s heir, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzioka Nthungu Mutwa, who died at Kimutwa, on 10th September, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
