E17 OF 2024 By Mutua Mwinzi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwinzi Katutu Mue alias Mwenzi Katutu Mue, who died at Mwanzilu Sub-location, on 10th January, 1993. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By Mwanzia Mulindu Ivia, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mulindu Evia, who died at Migwani Sub-location, on 16th December, 1983. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By Elijah Masai Msuyimi, of P.O. Box 130–90400, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutia Musyimi, who died at Mwanzilu Sub- location, on 14th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
