TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Rose Akinyi Walo and (2) Bishop Arnold Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 31, Rangwe in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Odhiambo Walo, who died at Ongata Rongai, on 7th October, 2022. CAUSE NO. E21 OF 2024 By Lucy Gathoni Njama, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mwangi Mwaniki Martin, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Referral and Research Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
