E368 OF 2023 By Anjelina Atieno Mbanda, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Erick Okola, who died at St. Joseph Nyabondo Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2016. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2024 By James Onyango Odiero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Odiero Mudenge, who died at Gem North Location, on 17th February, 1986. CAUSE NO. E107 OF 2024 By Juliana Onyango Madieka, of P.O. Box 83–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Onyango Wadeywa alias James Onyango Othieno, who died on 3rd June, 1991. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Damian Antony, (2) Edward Odhiambo Onyango and (3) Francis Onyango Owaga, all of P.O. Box 38–40600, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas Onyango Owaga, who died on 19th September, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
