TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By John Kiplasoi Maritim, of P.O. Box 268, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiprono arap Soi, who died at Kapkatet District Hospital, on 8th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2024 By (1) Daniel Cheruiyot Koros and (2) Jonathan Kipyegon Koros, both of P.O. Box 453, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sarah Chelangat Bett, who died at Greenview Nursing Home, on 31st August, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
