TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 14th June, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By (1) David Manyali and (2) Walter Wachiye Namasake, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Malaba Manyali, who died at South Kulisiru, on 26th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By (1) Rebecca Andisi and (2) Everlyne Nakitang’a Juma, both of P.O. Box 101–50202, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Philip Wanyela Chonge, who died at South Namwela, on 8th July, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
