TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E372 OF 2023 By Caren Anyango Onyango, of P.O. Box 18, Miwani in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Orayo Onyango alias Oyayo Onyango, who died at Ramula, on 8th November, 1987. CAUSE NO. E19 OF 2024 By (1) Kennedy Onyango Manyala, and (2) Samwel Oluoch Ongete, the deceased’s brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Manyala Olwande alias Maurice Manyala Olwande, who died on 26th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. E74 OF 2024 By Consolata Atieno John, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Jamwa Abunga, who died on 30th June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
