TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2024 By Julia Aoko Anditi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hezbon Jochoge Jochoge, who died on 8th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. E99 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Jombo Ogoro, (2) George Ouma Ogoro and (3) Joel Odhiambo Ogoro, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Martin Ogoro Owuoche alias Martin Ogoro Owuche, who died on 21st January, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
