TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By David Kipkeitany Kiprotich, of P.O. Box 327, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimoi Chebiego, who died at Kitany Sub- location, on 11th December, 2015. CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2024 By Clement Kipchumba Chemweno, of P.O. Box 474, Iten in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athanas Kiplagat Chemweno, who died at Iten County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th October, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of the notice in the Kenya Gazette.
