TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By George Kamande Kimani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Mungai, who died at Thika Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 15th July, 2014. CAUSE NO. E84 OF 2024 By (1) Joseph Kamande Mbugua and (2) Mwangi Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Maingi Gitau, who died at Thuita, Mukurwe, on 13th July, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
