TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E130 OF 2024 By Esther Muthoni Kamwaro, of P.O. Box 1171–00200, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Nduta Kamwaro, who died at Komarock, on 20th June, 2009. THE KENYA GAZETTE 14th June, 2024 CAUSE NO. 140 OF 2024 By Meshack Murage Gachari, of P.O. Box 80, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Mwangi Gachari, who died at Giaituu, on 20th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
