Box 77–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Kamuga Kaigiriri, who died at Matura, on 31st October, 2011. CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By Ann Wangari Kabue, of P.O. Box 329–20303, Ol Kalou in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Maina Ndung’u, who died at Njambini Boys High School, on 4th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. E36 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Waithera Kariuki and (2) Samuel Mukui Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 8802–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Kariuki Wageche, who died at J. M. Kariuki Hospital in Kenya, on 7th September, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
