TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) William Kiplangat Ruto and (2) Veronica Jepkemei Ruto, both of P.O. Box 20–20321, Sipili in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Chelimo Ruto, who died at Dimcom, on 25th March, 2016. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Dominic Muraya Gatundu, of P.O. Box 20–20321, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphine Wambui Muraya, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 7th September, 1991. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
