TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2023 By Agnes Ngina Kimilu, of P.O. Box 150, Yoani in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mukii Mukuna, who died at Kitaingo Sub-location, on 18th January, 1995. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Mumbua Mutungi, (2) Kimuya Mukewa and (3) John Muoki Mukewa, all of P.O. Box 84, Nunguni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyiva Mukewa Muoki, who died at Makueni County Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th January, 2023. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By (1) John Mutua Kiundu and (2) Philip Kiamba Sileta, both of P.O. Box 69, Yoani in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kilili Kiamba, who died at Kiama Kiu, on 17th April, 1999. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2024 By (1) Lois Mueni Nthae, (2) Beth Mumbi Mativo, (3) Samuel Musila Mativo and (4) Oliver Kamuti Mativo, all of P.O. Box 104– 90129, Ngwata in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mativo Kamuti, who died at Kiongwani, Makueni, on 1st July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
