TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E175 OF 2023 By (1) Pamela Aoko Odera and (2) Austine Ouma Odera, both of P.O. Box 109, Homa Bay in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odera Osoi alias Odera Osoi, who died on 18th October, 2000. CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2024 By Francis Odhiambo Onyango, of P.O. Box 63–40404, Rongo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Onyango Otieno, who died on 21st March, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
