TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2024 By Jack Odhiambo Okinyi Okal, of P.O. Box 180–40305, Mbita in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Achieng Okinyi, who died on 10th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E97 OF 2024 By Siprina Atieno Ojuka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Onuka Okelo alias Daniel Ojuka Okelo, who died on 25th December, 2004. CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2024 By Henry Miswanya Midianga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Enos Midianga Ochola alias Enos Midianga, who died on 24th June, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
