CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2023 By (1) Zablon Mong’are Nyaboga and (2) Paul Morara Nyaboga, both of P.O. Box 9112–00300, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Askah Momanyi Nyaboga, who died at Ibanchore, on 22nd February, 2017. Box 650, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sukari Ombongi, who died at Embaro Sub-location, on 27th July, 2005.
