IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by the Urban Areas and Cities (Amendment) Act, 2019, I, Prof. Peter Anyang’ Nyong’o, Governor of Kisumu County notify the general public that the City of Kisumu shall have a monthly tree planting exercise every 10th day of every month, effective the 10th December, 2022, when it was officially launched.
