REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Ngigi Ngaruiya (ID/8517176), of P.O. Box 2815, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land registered under title No. Ruiru Kiu Block 13 (Mwiki)/421, situate in the district of Ruiru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of lease of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said certificate of lease have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a certificate of lease and the missing certificate of lease be deemed of no effect.
