THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Njuguna Gitau, of P.O. Box 12823, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.04 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiambogo/Kiambogo Block 2/18179 (Mwariki), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, and all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
