REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Humphrey Sandura, of P.O. Box 1264, Suna in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kanyamkago/Kawere II/301, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof has been lost or destroyed, and all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
