REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Rose Njambi Njoroge, as administrator of the estate of David Njoroge Kamau (deceased), of P.O. Box 756–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 209/11336, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as 83441/1, and whereas as the Equity Bank (Kenya) Limited, has executed a discharge in favour of the administrators, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said certificate of title has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I shall dispense with the production of the grant and register the transfer provided that no objection has been received within that period.
