REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Albert Wakwoma Wekesa, (2) Rogansia Mghoi Madeda, (3) Peter Wekesa Nyongesa and Aggrey Kiriru Ogembo, all of P.O. Box 1353–50200, Bungoma in Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as E. Bukusu/S. S. Kanduyi/11617, situate in Bungoma County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
