TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court By (1) Jane Nduta Mburu and (2) Margaret Wairimu Mburu, both of P.O. Box 1990-20117, Naivasha in ,Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mburu Ngugi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th September, 2023. CAUSE No. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Robert Gathumbi Wanyeki and (2) Magdalene Wanjiku Machigo, both of P.O. Box 224, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veronica Wanjeri Wanyeki, who died at Gilgil Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, on 11th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
