CAUSE No. E I 0 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Wanza Mbatha, (2) Victor Mutuku Mbatha and (3) Noelina Mutile Mbatha, all of P.O. Box 498-00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased's widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Mbatha Mwaniki alias Daniel Mbatha, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 4th December, 2020. CAUSE No. E12 OF 2024 By Priscah Mukethe Muiu, of P.O. Box 74098-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiu Muya alias Francis Muiu, who died at Forces Memorial Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd February, 1976.
