TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E129 OF 2024 By Daniel Kimani Kuria, of P.O. Box 112-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Catherine Chepkoech Maemba, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 26th March, 2012. CAUSE No. E137 OF 2024 By Peter Njoroge Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1, Gilgil in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Nyawira Maina, who died at Kiambogo, on 19th May, 1989. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
