TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By ( l) Kellen Kanini Njogu and (2) Regina Wanjovi Njogu, both of P.O. Box 390-60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njogu Kivungo Mathingira alias Njogu Kivungo, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 12th January, 2024. CAusE No. E91 OF 2024 By Lincoln Muturi Njiru, of P.O. Box 94, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Njiru Njeru, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 7th February, 1990. CAUSE NO. E92 OF 2024 By (1) David Mwaniki Mbogo and (2) Johnn Muriithi Junius, both of P.O. Box 709, Embu in Kenya, the deceased's brothers, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick Ireri Mbogo alias Patrick Ireri S. Mbogo, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette M. N. KINYUA, District Registrar, Embu.
