Box 121-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kitwii Mulwa, who died at Nguluni, on 15th May, 2001. CAUSE No. E9 OF 2024 By (1) Francis Mutua Wambua and (2) Michael Mbithi Musyoka, both of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Mumenyi Manyala alias Jacob Mumenyi Mayala, who died at Kambusu, Machakos, on 2nd March, 1996. CAUSE No. E45 OF 2024 By Samuel Muindi Muoka, of P.O. Box 1234-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Koki Ndungu, who died at Mwala, on 8th September, 1981. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
