TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E171 OF 2024 By Lewnida Atieno Ochieng, of P.O. Box 81-40405, Sare Awendo in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ochieng Rangili, who died at Kombok North Sub-location, on 7th April, 2021. CAUSE No. E173 OF 2024 By Barack Okoth Rore, of P.O. Box 432-40400, Migori in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Rori Samberi alias William Rore Samberi, who died at Kajulu II Sub-location, on 4th June, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
