TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E47 OF 2024 By Bahati Chengo Mleli, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mkutano Chengo Mleli, who died on 4th December, 2023. CAUSE No. E60 OF 2024 By Giovanna Strazzullo, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antonio Quartucci, who died on 21st November, 2018. CAUSE No. E75 OF 2024 By Carolina Katana Wanje, the deceased's daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Wanje Kihundu alias Katana Wanje, who died on 2nd September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
