TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E176 OF 2023 By Muraguri Wachira, of P.O. Box 103-10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kuruga Njogu, who died at Kiawarigi, Icuga, Konyu, Nyeri, on 6th May, 1979. CAUSE No. E74 OF 2024 By Monicah Gathigia Home, of P.O. Box 120, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Home Kiuri alias Home Kiuri, who died at Tumutumu Hospital in Kenya, on 24th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
