TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E60 OF 2024 By (1) Agnes Mukiri Muthuri and (2) Bernard Kimathi, both of P.O. Box 54-60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson M'Mutiga Muringi, who died at Meru General Hospital in Kenya, on 5th May, 2006. CAUSE No. E61 OF 2024 By Joshua Mitheu Mwarimu, of P.O. Box 174-60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Narimu Mborothi, who died at Kianjai, on 3rd May, 1970. CAUSE No. E64 OF 2024 By (1) Peter Gitonga Miriti and (2) Simon Mwenda Miriti, both of P.O. Box 119-60602, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Miriti Mubwika, who died at Muthara Hospital in Kenya, on 17th June, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
