TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E65 OF 2024 By Maryline Auma Otieno, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caleb Otieno Ochieng, who died on 10th March, 2007. CAUSE No. E66 OF 2024 By (1) Chrestina Awino Milambo and (2) Kennedy Owange Milambo, the deceased's widow and son, repectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Milambo Opiyo, who died on 4th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
