TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 103 OF 2024 By (1) Pheobe Dondo Asawo, (2) Shadrack Sam Onyango and (3) Margaret Atieno Ooko, the deceased's sisters-in-law and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Orinda Juma alias Orinda Juma, who died at Siaya, on 23rd October, 1989. CAUSE No. 106 OF 2024 By (1) Margaret Atieno Ooko, (2) Phoebe Dondo Asawo and (3) Shadrack Sam Onyango, the deceased's sisters-in-law and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amos Tunga Camulus, who died at Siaya, on 4th August. 1990. CAUSE No. 107 OF 2024 By (1) Pheobe Dondo Asawo and (2) Shadrack Sam Onyango, both of p.O. Box 4-40606, Ugunja in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Asawo Juma alias Willson Juma, who died at South Ugenya Location, on 28th May, 2005. CAUSE NO. 108 OF 2024 By Margaret Atieno Ooko, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wiliam Olayo Juma alias Olayo Juma, who died at Siaya, on 3rd July, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
