REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dataplan Limited, of P.O. Box 99139–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. Mombasa/Block XXVI/401, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed absolute and of no effect.
