THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Johana Kamau Mwangi, of P.O. Box 34, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.045 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. THE KENYA GAZETTE 21st June, 2024 Bahati/Bahati Block 1/4847, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register opened thereof is lost/destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register under section 33 (5) of Land Registration Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
