REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Walter Riaro Wambia (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Kisumu/Karateng/817, situate in the district of Kisumu, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Maseno in Succession Cause No. E181 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of Riaro Siwa Daniel, and whereas the said court has confirmed the grant in favour of Riaro Siwa Daniel, and whereas the land title deed issued to Walter Riaro Wambia (deceased) is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 as per the grant and certificate of confirmation of grant, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Walter Riaro Wambia (deceased) shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
