REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Ngigi Kariuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.8865 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kakuzi/kirimiri/Block 5(Kianjugu)/40, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Molo in Succession Cause No. 18 of 2015, has issued grant and confirmation letters in favour of (1) Esther Wanjiru Ngigi and (2) Peter Kariuki Ngigi, and whereas the said land title deed issued to Daniel Ngigi Kariuki (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R. L. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Daniel Ngigi Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 21st June, 2024. B. F.
