REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Douglas Kiereini Gitau, (2) Rose Wambui King and (3) Mumbi Kiereini Gitau as administrators of the estate of Esther Njeri Kiereini (deceased), all of P.O. Box 4281–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietor lessees of all that Flat Number E, First Floor, Block 13 erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 25980, situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 109945/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
