REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rehema Mohamed Ali and (2) Asha Mohamed Ali, both of P.O. Box 90000–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor freehold ownership of all that piece of land containing 348 acres or thereabout, known as subdivision No. 138/IV/MN, situate in South West of Takaungu in the Kilifi District, registered under certificate of title No. C.R. 9772/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
