E62 OF 2023 By Ngatait ole Kankoi Parkito, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rampei ene Ngatait, who died at Inkiitok Joy Nursing Home, on 27th January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By (1) Irene Nduta Kungu, (2) Beatrice Njeri Kungu and (3) Catherene Nyokabi Kungu, the executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of John Kungu Gacheru, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 30th December, 2023. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2024 By Faith Sainapei Mpaatia, the deceased’s spouse, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Mpaatia Shanka, who died at Isinya, on 14th October, 2020.
