Kamau Kinga & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lawrence Ndirangu Njuguna, late of Kahuti, who died there on 13th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. E362 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Wairimu Ndungu and (2) Peter Murage Wambugu, both of P.O Box 210–00520, Nairobi in Kenya, of the deceased’s widow and cousin, respectively, through Messrs. Mburu Machua & Co., advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Waihenya Gathua, late of Kasarani, who died at Luton Hospital, on 16th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
