TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2024 By (1) Bitumu Lamu Omar and (2) Mwinyi Lamu Omari, both of P.O. Box 93444–80102, Changanwe in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rukiya Fundi Bin Amri, who died at Portreitz Location, on 8th October, 1978. CAUSE NO. E57 OF 2024 By (1) Rehema Jumaa Fundi and (2) Mwinyi Lamu Omari, both of P.O. Box 93444–80102, Changamwe in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Juma Fundi Amri, who died at Portreitz Location, on 14th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2024 By (1) Bitumu Lamu Omar and (2) Amina Lamu Omari, both of P.O. Box 93444–80102, Changanwe in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwanambeyu Binti Fundi Bin Amri, who died at Portreitz Location, on 13th May, 1985. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
