Box 303–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimani Gitiha, who died at Naishi Sub-location, on 30th September, 1995. CAUSE NO. E258 OF 2024 By Kiplangat arap Koske, of P.O. Box 33–20107, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ann Cherop Langat alias Ann Langat Cherop, who died at Langata Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 2013. CAUSE NO. E264 OF 2024 By (1) Eunice Jerotich Chesire and (2) Sheila Jemutai Chesire, both of P.O. Box 16733–20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kipkosgei Chesire, who died at Mercy Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
