TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E234 OF 2024 By Jackson Morop Kibiegon, of P.O. Box 17977, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipyegon Chepkonga alias Kibiekon A. Chepkonga, who died at Lengenet, on 26th March, 2003. CAUSE NO. E235 OF 2024 By Jane Njeri Mwangi, of P.O. Box 500, Njoro in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wanini Mwangi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 11th June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
