TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E190 OF 2024 By Wilfrida Anyango Oduor, of P.O. Box 1046–50400, Busia in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gabriel Oduor Odipo alias Oduori Odipo, who died at Burinda Sub-location, on 25th May, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
