REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sammy Augustine Ndunda Lio, of P.O. Box 1194– 00621, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and pursuant to a court order dated 22nd January, 2015 in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, Civil Suit No. 1 of 2007 (O.S), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 7785/865 (Original 7785/10/604), situate in the City of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. 84807/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
