TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2024 By (1) Lucas Gathii Wangunyu, (2) Esther Nyambura Itanga and (3) Magdaline Njeri Njoroge, all of P.O. Box 154–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wanjiku Wangunyu alias Mary Wanjiku Wangunyu Njoroge, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2016. CAUSE NO. E214 OF 2024 By Peter Njogu Mburu, of P.O. Box 104–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mburu Macharia, who died at Gatundu Hospital in Kenya, on 26th April, 2000. CAUSE NO. E216 OF 2024 By (1) Dominic Karanja Njogu and (2) Lucas Kiarie Macharia, both of P.O. Box 104–01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njogu Mukora, who died at Githunguchu Sub- location, on 10th October, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
