E47 OF 2024 By Damaris Wanjiku Wanyutu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Wanyutu Gatungo, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 25th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By (1) Teresia Njeri Gitari and (2) Anne Wairimu Wachira, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wachira Muriuki, who died at Mwihoko, on 24th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E50 OF 2024 By (1) Paul Nganga Mwangi and (20 John Nduati Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwangi Nganga, who died along Nakuru–Gilgil Road, on 7th November, 1995. CAUSE NO. E52 OF 2024 By (1) Teresia Wairimu Kamau, (2) Lucia Muthoni Kamau and (3) Gabriel Gitau Kamau, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Gitau, who died at Gatong’ora, on 25th August, 2021.
