REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Ndungu Koigi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Pioneer/Ngeria Block 1(EATEC)/8027, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Eldoret in Succession Cause No. 53 of 2022 has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Mary Wanjiku Kariuki and (2) Mary Wanjiru Ndungu, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue land title deed in the name of (1) Mary Wanjiku Kariuki and (2) Mary Wanjiru Ndungu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Ndungu Koigi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
